The company has reportedly planned to integrate artificial intelligence features showing what it expects from AI technology and OpenAI language for PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Microsoft intends to introduce upgraded Office Apps in the next month.
The software giant is known for frequently introducing new tools and features to enhance users’ experience. It has recently reconsidered Bing, which can generate informal responses to search engines because of the Prometheus model with the help of Open AI.
Microsoft also announced a new Prometheus-powered Edge comprising a built-in AI copilot. The Bing interface has a button on the top right corner that allows users to access its new chat features without delays.
The tech giant seems like quickly announcing AI-powered features for numerous features before Google can launch the ChatGPT. It looks for its artificial intelligence technology to make graphics and graphs that users can employ in MS Excel or PowerPoint.

Microsoft Uses OpenAI Tech for Viva Sales Emails
The software giant has tested GPT models in Outlook to enhance search results with handy features for suggesting replies to Word documents and email integration to boost users’ writing. It unveiled a fresh generative AI experience in MS Viva Sales a week back, which employs GPT and the Azure OpenAI services to generate sales emails. The new feature works the same as some other features Microsoft has tested in Outlook.
Although the new MS Prometheus Model has played a significant role in transforming Bing web searches, the company will integrate the new functionality into primary MS Offices apps and Teams to test its confidence in the AI work. The new Bing artificial intelligence-based sidebar in MS Edge can already go the best with web-based office programs.
