The look of the Corsair Darkstar Wireless mouse is futuristic and is similar to the game universe of Cyberpunk 2077. The bottom half of the mouse is where the Corsair logo can be found and it boasts RGB lighting. The mouse wheel and the LED strips in the middle bring the lighting to life.

It also supports Bluetooth connectivity, which means you can also use the gaming mouse with other devices.
The ergonomic design of the Corsair Darkstaris also quite clever, as it boasts a six-part side button cluster. The distance between the actual switches and buttons can be minimized with it and this leads to instant feedback. You can get a more efficient and smoother clicking experience with spring tension because it brings down resistance during clicking.
Omron’s latest optical switches are the second control that can be found in the right and left buttons of the Corsair Darkstar. These switches detect clicks through infrared light, which provides minimal latency and fast triggering. They are also known to add reliability and durability.
When these two controls are combined, you can enjoy amazing responsiveness when it comes to clicks, which can be extremely useful in intense gaming situations.
The Verdict
With a price tag of $169.99, the Corsair Darkstaris part of the premium range and the gaming mouse certainly offers impressive features and customizable buttons, but its battery life is very disappointing.
