With its Asus ROG Keris II Ace, Asus has managed to distinguish itself with laptops, monitors and video cards and its peripherals are also quite impressive. If you are looking for the best gaming mouse, one of the options you can explore is the Asus ROG Keris II Ace. It is a larger-sized mouse, yet remains very lightweight. It is not very flashy because it has been designed to be a no-nonsense gaming mouse.
Design and Details
The Keris II Ace weighs 54 grams and this can come as a shock because of its size. The mouse measures 121mm x 67mm x 42mm, which makes it quite large, yet it manages to remain lightweight. It allows you to enjoy the utmost comfort when you use the mouse. The mouse has a plastic body with lined grooves to provide some grip. Adhesive 3M grip tapes are also provided to help improve it.
The profile switching and DPI button can be found on the underside of the mouse, next to the mode switch and Bluetooth pairing button. There is also a USB-C port on the front for charging and wired connectivity. The side has two thumb buttons and are standard in terms of size and positioning. Software and Customization
Since there are not a lot of features, the Keris II Ace offers limited customization. The centralized software you use is Armoury Crate, but it is a tad bloated. However, adjusting the mouse settings is quite straightforward, once you get the hang of how to use the software. There is also one RGB light, which is actually the scroll wheel itself.

Performance
In terms of performance, you will find that the Keris II Ace is nothing short of admirable. If you are looking for precision aiming, the mouse certainly fits the bill. It has responsive clicks and offers accurate tracking. The default side grips might not be as good as some others, but they do not hinder you that much because of the light weight.
The scroll wheel is also good, as every scroll is distinct and tactile. Even the side buttons respond well during gaming and you will not have any complaints. It also offers great battery life, which means you do not have to worry about charging it too quickly.
