It is another year and Realme has added another handset to a series that changes each year with one digit increasing the numbering. The international and European markets will see two models arrive this year and the most expensive one is the Realme 11 Pro+.
Design and build
One of the biggest assets of Realme 11 Pro+ is the design that the company has opted for in this latest version of its mid-range phone that comes with several premium touches. The back of the phone has a vegan leather finish that feels very premium, as it is able to emulate real leather. You can use this phone without a case because it resists fingerprints. The camera bump is also in the center, so the phone remains stable when you keep it on a flat surface.
The back and front glass are curved slightly and surrounded by a gold-colored frame, which help the phone stand out. The power and volume buttons are on one side, so the other is free. The bottom of the display is where you will find the fingerprint sensor and the USB-C connector and dual-SIM slot at the bottom. Speakers are located on the bottom and top bezels of the phone, delivering Dolby Atmos stereo sound.
Display and speakers
The Realme 11 Pro+ is essentially an all-screen device that barely has any bezels. The top is where you will find the front selfie camera and on either side of it, you will see important operating system information and notifications. The brand has made an effort in terms of brightness, as it has kept the display dim to maintain accurate color tones.
The refresh rate of 120Hz means that the phone is smooth and the animations are fluid. The speakers also have a high sound power, as they are able to deliver clear and loud sound. They are also able to handle bass properly, but the sound is not amazing.
Specs and performance
The Dimensity7050 chipset is used for powering the phone that includes a 6nm manufacturing process with two clusters. This means that the Realme 11 Pro+ can deliver excellent efficiency, as evident in its battery life. Moreover, it also delivers great performance and is capable of handling a myriad of tasks, whether it is productivity apps, social networking or gaming. Even though it is a mid-range phone, the Realme 11 Pro+ offers 12GB of RAM, which is also expandable.
Cameras
This is the most exciting part of Realme Pro 11+, as it boasts a 200Mp ISOCELL HP3 sensor combined with Superzoom. According to the brand, this allows the camera to detect autofocus information in horizontal and vertical planes, making it one of the best phone cameras out there. The main camera is able to offer 4 different levels of zoom in auto and standard mode. The colors and white balance offered by the camera are also great. Focusing is also accurate and fast and you do not have to tap the screen repeatedly for better results.
The Verdict
The longer battery life of the Realme 11 Pro+ also adds to its value, but it is the perfect phone for anyone who wants a great camera in mid-range.
