Race Replay

You can also make your pit crew faster and minimize the chances of errors by micromanaging them and running drills with them.

When you take these decisions, it only makes your Board of Directors more confident. As long as they are happy, you will have the freedom of managing your funds just the way you want. However, if they are unsatisfied, you could get your walking papers.

The Cost Cap

Even if you are able to get millions from your sponsors and your Board of Directors is happy, you will eventually have to deal with the Cost Cap. This is a rule that has been implemented for preventing teams into spending billions. This can be helpful in ensuring fairness, but even the leading teams have to be careful to not just burn through the facilities they have because the funds have a cap. This means that you will always have to make one decision or the other in F1 Manager 2023.
